| How to get your copy of the CDs. The CDs can be ordered by email to: gilles@bonhrichard.com The following prices (for each CD) include postage and handling (all prices in canadian currency - CAD): Canada: $20:00 CAD USA: $ 21.50 CAD All other destinations: $ 23.50 CAD |

All other destinations: send your order by email. Then send a Postal money order in canadian funds (see price listed above). You are also encouraged to use the Paypal payment system which allows you to pay by credit card; follow the procedure indicated above ** (under Canada and US payment method). |
| Payment methods For Canada and the USA: send your order by email. Then send cheque or postal money order in the amount listed above. ** You may also pay by credit card by using the secure Paypal payment system. If you do not already have a Paypal account, you will be asked to get one to process payment. If you choose this method, I will send you a Paypal invoice confirming that your order has been recieved. You will be able to pay at this point. The CD will then be shipped to you within 2 days following confirmation of payment. |
